It is such a family business and I enjoy everyday that I go to work. It’s not really a job if you love the people and the work. Senior Master Technician
Donivan has been a highly skilled Ford Senior Technician since 2009, and he got his expert diesel technician certifications in 2008. He's been a Ford Service Tech since 2000. Donivan really enjoys solving issues with electrical systems, and he's also keen on staying up to date with new innovations like electric vehicles.

Jim completed his high school education 42 years ago and immediately began his career as a Ford Service Tech. He's held the esteemed title of Ford Senior Master Technician since 2010.
